I normally check weight after work, but decided to check this morning. Almost under 200 now. Been a long time since I was this low. Over 5 years at least. I only have accurate data since I got my WiiFit.
I was more careful last week and this week I have had no carbs yesterday, save the couple in the sausage I had right before lifting weights. No sugar. I should have weighted myself Sunday, but I didn’t.
