Sweat, Sweat, and More Sweat with EA Active

I’ve been using the EA Active on the Wii since Saturday. It is totally different then the Wii Fit. With the Wii Fit there are a few workout items and some fun games. The problem for me is, I never knew what to do. I’d pick a few things, a balance game, a stretch, a Goodnight Moon pose or whatnot, but I simply didn’t know what tasks to do.

With EA Active there are pre-made workout plans. I pick around how long I want to workout, normally about 30-45 minutes, then choose a plan with about that amount of time, and go! It provides a variety of workouts to get all the parts of the body. There are also specialized workout plans for certain body areas to choose from.

In addition, you can build your own workout and as you add workouts, it tells you what body areas will get some action during the workout.

It appears to be effective because I sweat like never before!

We still have the Wii Fit so I can track my weight to see where it goes.

I’m currently about 215. I need to drop quite a bit to not have a blubbertum like I currently do. I’m consistently burning more calories than projected on the workouts.
