Met my 10 pound goal. #weightpocalypse2011

Before I started the plan, I was 207.5 pounds and now I’m 196.8. I’ve been over or around 210 for 3 years. The Wii Fit today told me that the goal I set of ten pounds was met! And there was much rejoicing.

I set the next goal for 5 pounds, as I’m imagine it will take longer to lose the next pounds.

Down down I go #weightpocalypse2011

Down around 3 pounds this week. It was a bit discouraging as it wasn’t as much as last week and each day I wasn’t greeted with gobs of shed pounds. I stuck to it, even despite allĀ  the dounuts and muffins people brought to work (of which I had none)

Still hovering at just below 200 #weightpocalypse2011

I think I had a lack of calories yesterday. I ate lentils and whatnot but I ended up a bit lightheaded after work. I had hazelnuts and more lentils later and felt better.

1.5 pounds to. Go to meet current goal. #weightpocalypse2011

I set a goal on the Wii Fit to lose some number of pounds, 15 I think (good to forget your goals, right). This morning it says I only have 1.5 pounds to go. I have a lot more to bet to my proper weight, though. This was just the initial goal.

I normally check weight after work, but decided to check this morning. Almost under 200 now. Been a long time since I was this low. Over 5 years at least. I only have accurate data since I got my WiiFit.

I’m five pounds lighter that I was 15 days ago. #Weightpocalypse2011

I was more careful last week and this week I have had no carbs yesterday, save the couple in the sausage I had right before lifting weights. No sugar. I should have weighted myself Sunday, but I didn’t.

Started my weight loss plan today #weightpocalypse2011

Started a plan to lose some weight today. Low carbs during the week, anything I want on Saturday. It worked for a friend of mine, so I thought I’d give it a go.

Maintaining my weight once my Wii Fit stops calling me obese will probably be the harder part.
