12-02-09 Workout – 153.5 Cal – Down some pounds

I am down around 5 pounds. I know it can fluctuate, but it’s nice to see 210 when it was 215.

Pulled off the 12 pushups, but just barely.

11-27-09 Workout – 134.4 Cal – Getting Better

Little to report. I’m getting better at the workouts and feeling better. I keep realizing I’m not eating enough fruits and veggies. Need to work on that.

11-21-09 Workout – 135.0 Cal – Pushups Are Hard!

Workout 2 today, with pushups. Good. Grief. Those. Are. Hard. They;ll become easier I’m sure, but for the moment my flabby arms aren’t much for doing them.

The Squash workout took me a bit to get the controls to respond right. Could have been me or the controls, don’t know.

I saw the trainer’s arm movements get choppy once or twice. Seemed odd, since I don’t think anything out of the ordinary happened.

Do I get extra points for trying to defend myself from an 18 month old while trying to do sit-up type exercises?

10 hour mark passed on EA Active

I did my workout today. I bumped it back up to the heavy workout for the last few days of the 30 day challenge. I’m surprisingly less worn out than I would have expected. I didn’t do too well on the final squat holds and running, but I did as good as I could.

I reached the 10 hour workout time. Seems like I would have had a lot more than 10, but maybe it just goes slower then you might think.

Haven’t got a new resistance band yet, but the one we have (that I damaged the other day) still appears to work.

I looked at the year graph of my weight in the Wii Fit. I appear to be about the same. I haven’t been working out the whole time. I thought I was down 5 pounds just the other day, but I think using the balance board on the shaggy rug messed it up.

I feel better though and maybe some is muscle weight because I feel a little less flabby.

I’ll keep up with the working out, and maybe keep on with the harder workout.
